Work directly with Service Advisor and/or Manager, to answer any parts related questions.
Coordinate with Vendors on parts purchases and express importance of timely arrival. Working with them on proper ETA’s.
Relay and parts delays to the Service Advisor and Manager.
Check in parts deliveries throughout the day.
Posting and scanning of all parts invoices into CCCOne. Utilize management system for communication throughout the facility.
Tagging of all parts denoting their respective RO numbers.
Delivery of parts to collision technicians. “Mirror matching” of parts to ensure that they are correct.
Handling of damaged or non-repairable parts with shipping vendor, ensuring parts credits are processed, accurate and timely.
Comply with all safety rules, OEM guidelines and procedures.
Perform other related duties as assigned, including cleanliness of work space.
