At Crash Champions, we believe in People First. Always. Not only is this one of our 12 Commitments, but the sentiment underpins the distinct culture that we strive to create across our repair centers. We’re in the business of serving people, and we hold to the conviction that this principle extends beyond repairing vehicles.

That’s why for more than 25 years, we’ve made it a point to make a positive impact on the communities that we serve and the neighbors that we also call customers.

In 2022 alone, our team members rallied together to repair and donate more than 50 vehicles as part of the National Auto Body Council’s Recycled Rides® program. The vehicles went to people of all backgrounds in need across our communities, as nominated by local non-profit organizations - including single mothers, military veterans and more. The effort led our team to becoming a proud Level One Partner with the NABC as we continue to be an active and regular partner in the Recycled Rides effort at locations across the country.

We also host regular charity golf tournaments that benefit great causes like the Make-a-Wish Foundation and more.

Crash Champions team members also display regular support for the Navy Seal Foundation as well as the Susan G. Komen by purchasing and wearing special edition Crash Champions uniforms. For each special edition uniform purchased by a team member, Crash Champions donates proceeds to these organizations on behalf of team members.

We do all of this because we understand that we are not simply in the business of repairing vehicles. It’s about more than that. It’s about People First. Always.
