Throughout March, Crash Champions will spotlight several of these individuals on its official social media platforms and across internal company channels to celebrate their achievements and inspire other women to thrive in the collision repair industry.

Lacey C., Associate Service Advisor Program (ASAP) Administrator
Lacey began her career at Crash Champions in 2011. After more than a decade of elevating roles, Lacey became Crash Champions’ Associate Service Advisor Program Administrator in 2023 and was a crucial member of the team who helped develop and expand the program into the successful training initiative it is today.
Inspired by her mother’s success and her family’s deep-rooted connection to the industry, Lacey is passionate about teaching her more than 300 students new skills about the collision repair trade and often connects with individual participants to ensure they excel in the program. Lacey’s extensive experience in various roles within the company allows her to bring a unique perspective to her position, which is ever-evolving as more students join the renowned apprenticeship program.
“It is extremely rewarding to see a student have that ‘aha’ moment when something you teach them clicks. Those moments are why I love my job and look forward to introducing more students to the collision repair industry,” said Lacey Childress, ASAP Administrator for Crash Champions. “Our ASAP program motto is that we are changing lives; when you graduate from the program, you will have the knowledge and skills needed to succeed in this industry.
