Seam Sealer

Identify an area of the vehicle that has had a structural component replaced:
- Frame rail
- Rocker panel
- Quarter panel
Locate an area that needs to have seam sealer applied. This can include replacement panels such as a hood or door.
Prep the surface as outlined in the technical data sheet.
Use ½” tape to outline the area to be sealed, creating an even width bead that matches the OEM appearance.
Apply seam sealer to the area, evenly coating the void between the two tape lines.
Use techniques that match OEM appearance, such as brush or patterned application.
After completion, take a photo of the seam sealer, after the masking tape has been removed.
