Spray Undercoating and Sound Pad

Identify an area of the vehicle that has had a structural component replaced:
- Frame rail
- Rocker panel
- Quarter panel
Locate an area that needs to have spray undercoating applied. This can include replacement panels such as a trunk floor or wheel well.
Prep the surface as outlined in the technical data sheet.
If needed, use masking tape to outline the area, creating an area that
matches the OEM appearance.
Apply spray undercoating to the area, evenly applying to match the thickness and texture of the original.
Use techniques that match OEM appearance, such as brush or patterned application.
After completion, take a photo of the undercoated area, after the masking tape has been removed.
