Parts Verification

Validating new parts to be installed on the vehicle is critical to meeting cycle time and KPI goals.
Once new parts are received, perform the process of mirror matching:
- Compare damaged parts to new parts
- Ensure new parts are for the correct side of the vehicle
- Closely examine for small differences in vehicle options, such as LED or non-LED lights in a headlamp.
- Compare all damaged brackets and sub-assemblies to new parts, to ensure that there are no other small parts that are missing.
Ensure that all replacement panels match the trim level of the vehicle being replaced.
Take a photo of the parts being mirror matched, showing damaged parts next to new parts being replaced.
