Celebrating Global Community Engagement Day: Putting People First, Always
At Crash Champions, our impact reaches far beyond the repair centers where we serve customers every day. It lives in the communities we support, the causes we champion, and the people who inspire us to give back.
In recognition of Global Community Engagement Day, we’re proud to reflect on how our team members made a difference in 2025. Guided by our core value, People First, Always, Crash Champions teammates across the country came together through philanthropy, volunteerism, and partnerships that truly matter. From supporting our industry to honoring those who serve, this year was a powerful reminder of what we can accomplish together.
Supporting Our Industry When It Matters Most
In 2025, for the third consecutive year, Crash Champions renewed its commitment to the Collision Industry Foundation (CIF) by participating in the CIF Annual Donor Program. Since 2021, the program has provided CIF with reliable resources to respond when catastrophe strikes, such as accidents, hurricanes, floods, tornadoes, or wildfires. We’re proud to support an organization whose mission aligns closely with our commitment to caring for people when they need it most.
Champions for a Cause: Standing Together Against Breast Cancer
During Breast Cancer Awareness Month, Crash Champions launched our third annual Champions for a Cause campaign in support of Susan G. Komen. Team members raised funds by purchasing special-edition polos and t-shirts, with proceeds benefiting Komen’s lifesaving work.
Crash Champions also participated as a national team in more than 15 Race for the Cure® and MORE THAN PINK Walks across the country. Since 2023, the campaign has raised and donated over $170,000, thanks to the passion and generosity of our team members.
Giving Back Through Recycled Rides & First Responder Training
Once again, Crash Champions partnered with the National Auto Body Council (NABC) through its Recycled Rides and Extrication programs. These initiatives refurbish and donate vehicles to individuals and families in need while also providing first responders with hands-on training in safe vehicle extrication techniques.
In 2025, Crash Champions participated in:
- 30 Recycled Rides events, donating 30 vehicles
- 2 Extrication events, supporting first responders nationwide
