Crash Champions, one of the nation’s fastest-growing collision repair providers, announced that its Associate Service Advisor Program has surpassed 300 graduates, marking a significant milestone in the company’s ongoing investment in developing talent and creating career pathways from within.
To date, 304 associates have graduated from the Associate Service Advisor Program, which prepares team members for careers as full-time Crash Champions Service Advisors by combining real-world experience with personalized mentorship.
“Surpassing 300 graduates is an exciting milestone because it represents hundreds of associates who have taken an important step forward in their careers,” said Matt Ebert, Founder and CEO of Crash Champions. “This mentorship program is about creating opportunities for our people while building a strong pipeline of talented Service Advisors who can make an immediate impact across our organization. Just as importantly, the retention we’ve seen among graduates reinforces what we’ve always believed: when you invest in your people and give them a clear path to grow, they respond.”
Since its launch, the program has played a key role in helping Crash Champions build a pipeline of trained professionals while giving team members the opportunity to expand their skills and pursue new career opportunities within the organization.
The program has also served as a launching pad for three graduates who have since been elevated from Service Advisors into Crash Champions General Managers, overseeing the operations of full repair centers.
