Company Acquires 3-location Ohio Collision Group and single shop Car-Tech Collision of Akron.

Chicago, IL, July 26, 2021 – Crash Champions, LLC (“Crash Champions” or the “Company”), one of the nation’s fastest growing independent collision repair companies, announced today the acquisitions of Ohio Collision Group (“OCG”), with three locations in the Cleveland metro area, and Car-Tech Collision of Akron (“Car-Tech Akron”), a single shop located at 727 E. Turkeyfoot Lake Road, Akron, OH.

With the addition of these four shops, Crash Champions now has 16 conveniently located collision repair centers across the Buckeye State. This transaction strategically supplements the Company’s earlier acquisitions of two-shop Centerline Auto Body and six Excalibur Auto Body repair shops in the region, creating one of the largest collision repair companies in the greater Cleveland metro area.

“Both OCG and Car-Tech Akron possess high-quality facilities and skilled technicians, making them ideal additions to our rapidly expanding Greater Cleveland footprint,” said Matt Ebert, founder and CEO of Crash Champions. “I am excited to be adding the talented professionals at each of these operations to our established team of automotive collision repair experts, and am confident that these acquisitions will enable us to deliver even greater value to our partners and customers in Cleveland and its surrounding communities.”
