Crash Champions Leaders Gather in Louisville for Workshop Focused on People, Performance and Innovation
LOUISVILLE, Ky. – June 26, 2026 – Crash Champions, one of the nation's fastest-growing, founder-led collision repair providers, recently hosted more than 150 operations leaders and corporate support staff from across its growing network of 650+ repair centers for its annual Champions Workshop.
The three-day workshop, held June 15 – 18 at the Omni Hotel in Louisville, Kentucky, provided a platform to align the organization to its high standard of excellence, while strengthening cross-functional partnerships and celebrating the company's continued growth and success.
A major focus of the event was investing in professional development, attracting top-tier talent, deploying the latest repair center innovations, and delivering a best-in-class experience for customers.
Crash Champions leaders were also introduced to new proprietary tools and reviewed ongoing investments in systems and infrastructure designed to improve collaboration, drive consistency across repair centers and support stronger business performance.
The Champions Workshop is one of many professional development experiences offered by the organization, supplementing the Montana Experience, GM Boot Camp, and more – each reinforcing the company’s vision: We Champion People. Earlier this year, the organization was also recognized as a Certified Great Place to Work®.
"The strength of our organization starts with our people," said Matt Ebert, Founder and CEO of Crash Champions. "Bringing our leaders together creates an opportunity to share ideas, learn from one another and focus on the priorities that will help us continue delivering outstanding results. The discussions and presentations in Louisville reinforced our commitment to developing our people, embracing innovation and building a stronger business for the future."
