Crash Champions Provides Vehicle to Veteran at NABC® Palm Springs Fundraiser
Crash Champions, one of the nation’s fastest-growing founder led collision repair providers, recently partnered with industry leaders to restore and donate a vehicle to a deserving veteran as part of the National Auto Body Council (NABC) Recycled Rides® program. The vehicle donation was held during the NABC® Palm Springs “Changing and Saving Lives” Golf Fundraiser, presented by Enterprise, at Desert Willow Golf Resort.
As part of the event, Kevin James, a U.S. VETS recipient, was gifted keys to a fully restored 2021 Honda Civic. The vehicle was donated by Allstate and fully restored for presentation by certified body technicians and painters at Crash Champions San Bernardino (located at 1228 N. H Street in San Bernardino, California).
The Recycled Rides® program brings together collision repair facilities, insurers, and industry partners to provide reliable transportation to individuals and families in need.
“This vehicle will change our lives in ways we can’t fully express,” said U.S. Navy veteran Kevin James. "What looks like a car is actually freedom and relief for my family, and we are incredibly grateful to Crash Champions, U.S. VETS, and so many others for making it happen. We now have dependable transportation for work, school, and the everyday needs that so many others take for granted. What a wonderful way to begin 2026."
The NABC® Palm Springs event brings together members of the collision repair industry to raise funds and awareness for charitable causes while delivering tangible support through programs like Recycled Rides®.
“We’re deeply appreciative of Kevin’s service to our country and honored to support him alongside U.S. VETS by helping provide dependable transportation that supports his family’s needs,” said Matt Ebert, Founder and CEO of Crash Champions. “Everything we do is about helping people in a time of need and this gifting is certainly a powerful reflection of that vision.”
