We recently had our Honda Pilot repaired by Crash Champions following an accident with a deer. I cannot overstate just how satisfied we were with the entire experience! Every aspect far exceeded our expectations. When I dropped our car off we were immediately impressed. The reception area / office was spotless and very “inviting”? I know that sounds weird considering it’s a body repair shop. Everyone I met was well dressed and professional yet very friendly. I was given a thorough description of how the process would proceed. I was told that they would keep us informed via text as the repairs moved along as well as an estimated timetable for the repairs to be completed. The first step was to examine and photograph the car. Afterwards it would go into the disassembly area for a deeper inspection to look for hidden damage. Once the repair was approved by insurance the parts would be ordered. It would then begin the repair phase. This consisted of repairing the car / body work / new part installation and re-painting. After this it went for the final reassembly phase. We were kept well updated on the progress as our car was repaired, sometimes twice a day. And incredibly Crash Champions had our car done and ready for pickup a full eight days earlier than estimated. This group of professionals completely master the concept of what good customer service means! There are many other business’ both small and large that could take serious lessons from Crash Champions. Professional, courteous, transparent, and very timely! An outstanding job in all regards. My tire blew out doing 80 on 55 , fishtailed, spun out and collided with an embankment. I thought my car was totalled. Crash champions got my car on a Monday night. Started work on Tuesday and 7 business days later my car was ready for pick up. 3 days EARLIER than anticipated. Everyone I dealt with was pleasant and professional. Their work is guaranteed for the life of the vehicle. They did an absolutely beautful job. I highly recommend crash champions.
